TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last updated: Wed 30th Sept 2026
These terms apply to app.liveaura.com (the "Platform"), operated by Aura Executive Coaching LLC ("aura.," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to them. Payments, renewals and refunds are covered in the Additional Terms of our community (the checkout where you buy). How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Notice (also at liveaura.com/terms).
1. What the Platform does
The Platform delivers your personalized aura. program. You complete an assessment (and can upload lab results), we build a program around your answers—typically covering supplements, nutrition and daily habits—and you check in with update forms so we can adjust it over time.
How your program is made. We use AI software to help prepare a first draft of your program from your assessment and lab results. Every program is reviewed and approved by a person on our team before you receive it, with medical oversight from our medical lead, Dr. Sam Soete. No part of your program is decided by AI alone.
AI chat. The Platform may include an AI chat assistant that answers questions about your program. Its answers are general guidance, not medical advice, and may occasionally be wrong. Check anything important with our team or your doctor.
2. Health and safety
The Platform provides health coaching and education. It is not medical care, and it does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. It does not replace your doctor.
Dr. Sam Soete is not your doctor. He provides medical oversight of our programs as part of our quality process. He is not acting as your personal physician, does not diagnose or treat you, and is not providing licensed medical care to you. No doctor–patient relationship is created. His oversight is not a replacement for your own doctor or GP.
Speak to your doctor before starting your program, and before taking any supplement—especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take prescription medication, or have a medical condition.
Give us accurate, complete information about your health, medications and allergies, and keep it up to date. Your program is only as safe and useful as the information you provide.
Stop and seek medical advice if you experience side effects or feel unwell.
The Platform is not monitored for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
3. Eligibility and your account
You must be 18 or older to use the Platform. Keep your login details secure and tell us at support@liveaura.com if you think someone else has accessed your account. The Platform is for your personal use only—don't share your account or your program.
4. Your data and our content
Your data is yours. You own the information you give us. You allow us to use it only as explained in our Privacy Notice. We never sell it and never use it for advertising.
Our content is ours. Your program, reports, guides and all other Platform materials belong to aura. You may use them for your own health, but you may not copy, resell, publish or share them.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Platform—for example, by trying to access other people's data, interfering with its security, copying its content at scale, or using it for anything unlawful.
6. Payments
Access to the Platform is bought through our community checkout. Renewals, cancellations, the 14-day cooling-off period for UK and EU customers, and any refunds are covered in those terms. (https://members.liveaura.com/terms)
7. Ending your access
You can stop using the Platform and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the Platform, and we'll tell you if we do. What happens to your data afterward is explained in our Privacy Notice.
8. Results
Results depend on your starting point and how consistently you follow your program. We can't guarantee any specific result.
9. Liability
We provide the Platform with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights as a consumer where you live.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or in the Platform at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using the Platform after that, the new terms apply.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Disputes about payments made through our community checkout are handled under the community's terms. If you live in the UK or the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.

Last updated: Wed 30th Sept 2026
You trust us with personal health information. This notice explains, in plain English, what we collect, why, who can see it and how we protect it. It covers our website (liveaura.com), our community (members.liveaura.com), our coaching platform (app.liveaura.com) and our emails.
Who we are. Aura Executive Coaching LLC ("aura.," "we," "us"), 680 S Cache St, Jackson, Wyoming 83001, United States. We decide how your data is used (we are the "data controller"). Contact: support@liveaura.com.
OUR PROMISES
We never sell your data.
We never use your health information for advertising.
We never let AI companies train their models on your data.
Your health information is never visible to other members.
A person on our team reviews every program before it reaches you.
WHAT WE COLLECT
Account details: your name and email, and your phone number, date of birth, address or company if you give them.
Health information (from your assessment and update forms): symptoms, health history, medications and supplements, allergies, diet and food preferences, and details such as age, gender, height, weight, activity level and physique goals.
Program information: your program, preferences (such as budget for supplements), program dates, check-ins and progress.
Lab results you choose to upload, and the values we read from them.
Messages between you and our team, and your conversations with the Platform's AI chat.
Payment details: handled by our payment processor. We don't see or store your full card number.
Usage and security information: pages visited, features used, device and browser type, and IP address, including in our security logs.
Community posts: anything you post in shared community spaces (visible to other members).
WHY WE USE IT
To build, review and adjust your personalized program (the core service you signed up for).
To run your account, process payments and provide support.
To keep the Platform secure and working properly.
To send you service messages and, if you're a client or have signed up, occasional marketing emails about aura. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time. We don't share your details with other companies for their marketing.
To improve our programs, using data that has been anonymized so it no longer identifies you.
To measure and improve our website and advertising (website visitors only—never using health information).
For UK and EU residents (legal bases): we process your account and service data to provide the service you've signed up for (contract). We process your health information only with your explicit consent, which you give when you complete your assessment. You can withdraw it at any time, but we won't be able to keep providing your program without it. We use security and usage data in our legitimate interest of keeping the service safe and working.
HOW AI IS USED
We use Google's Gemini AI (on its paid service) to help read your lab reports and prepare the first draft of your program. Under Google's terms for this service, your data is not used to train Google's models and is not reviewed by Google staff by default. Google keeps it only for a limited period for abuse monitoring, then deletes it.
We don't include your name, email, phone number, date of birth or address in the information we send to the AI to draft your program. Lab reports you upload often print your name and date of birth, so when we read those reports, that information reaches our AI provider along with your lab values.
The AI may search the web for clinical reference information. These searches don't include your personal details. AI never decides your program on its own. A person on our team reviews and approves it first.
The Platform's AI chat uses your name and your program so it can answer you personally.
WHO CAN SEE YOUR DATA
You: you can see only your own data.
Our team: your coach and support team, and our medical lead (Dr. Sam Soete), who oversees the clinical side of programs.
Our developers (Upgraide, our development agency): only when needed to build, maintain and fix the Platform. Our developers are bound by a confidentiality agreement.
Service providers that process data on our behalf. Each provider only processes your data to deliver its part of our service.
Railway: hosts the Platform and its database (EU, Netherlands)
Google (Gemini): AI that helps read lab reports and draft programs (global)
Upgraide: builds and maintains the Platform (EU/global)
Resend: sends login emails, no health information (EU/US)
Sentry: error tracking (EU/US)
PostHog: Platform usage analytics, no health information (EU, Germany)
Circle: runs our community and checkout (US)
Stripe: processes payments (US/global)
Mailchimp: sends our newsletters and marketing emails (US)
Framer and Humblytics: host our website and measure visits (US/global)
Google (Analytics): measures visits to our website (US/global)
Meta: measures and shows our ads, including to people who've visited our website (US/global)
Anthropic or OpenAI: AI assistants our team may use to help prepare your program, only on business plans that don't train on your data (US)
Google (Drive and Sheets): receives some intake submissions through an older intake route (global)
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect someone's safety in an emergency, or if our business is sold or merged (the new owner would be bound by this notice).
HOW WE PROTECT IT
The Platform is hosted in the EU (Amsterdam).
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
The database can't be reached from the internet. Only our own systems can access it.
Uploaded lab reports are kept in private storage, and access links expire after an hour.
Passwords are securely hashed, and login links expire after 5 minutes.
Access is limited to the people listed above.
When something breaks, our error-tracking tool (Sentry) receives technical details about the error. Today these can include your IP address and parts of what you submitted, which may include health information. We're adding a filter that strips personal and health information from these reports.
No system is completely risk-free. If a breach affects your data, we'll notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We keep your data while you're a client and for 3 years after your last activity, so you can pick up where you left off if you come back. After that, we delete it or anonymize it so it no longer identifies you.
We keep anonymized data to improve our programs. We keep payment and tax records for as long as the law requires.
Technical logs and error reports are kept for up to 90 days.
When we delete your data, it's removed from our live systems, including files you uploaded, and cleared from our backups within 7 days.
We may keep a limited security record of account activity where needed to protect the service.
You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can ask us to: give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, send it to you in a portable format, stop or limit how we use it, withdraw your consent to processing your health information.
Email support@liveaura.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. If you're in the UK or EU and unhappy with our response, you can complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
COOKIES
Our website (liveaura.com) uses cookies from Google Analytics to measure visits and from Meta to measure and show our ads. You can block or delete these in your browser settings.
Our community (run by Circle) uses Circle's cookies to keep you logged in and run the community.
Our Platform uses essential cookies to keep you logged in. Our app also uses one analytics cookie from PostHog (EU) to understand how features are used. It never contains health information.
Our Platform (app.liveaura.com) has no advertising cookies, and we never use your health information for advertising.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
The Platform is hosted in the EU. Some of our providers are based in the US or elsewhere, so your data may be processed outside your country. We choose providers that commit to protecting it under their data protection terms.
AGE
Our services are for adults aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
CHANGES
If we make significant changes to this notice, we'll tell you by email or in the Platform before they take effect.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
The Platform is hosted in the EU. Some of our providers are based in the US or elsewhere, so your data may be processed outside your country. We choose providers that commit to protecting it under their data protection terms.
